- Организация работы русской этнической школы в г. Аделаида.
- Содействие вновь прибывшим мигрантам в социальной адаптации в Австралии.
- Оказание правовой помощи русскоязычному населению штата Южная Австралия в областях иммиграционного и налогового законодательства Австралии.
- Популяризация русского языка, литературы, музыки, истории и культуры в Австралии.
- Организация работы по обмену опытом с русскими организациями в Австралии, культурному и образовательному обмену с другими этническими школами и профессионалами в области преподавания языков.
- Организация работы благотворительных фондов в соответствии с целями, поставленными перед ними.

"Adelaide Russian Ethnic School Incorporated" (ABN 21 247 597 927) is a non-profit organisation, the main purpose and aims of which are:
- to provide assistance and immediate help to newly or recently arrived migrants from countries of the former USSR in settling and establishing themselves in Australia;
- to promote the Russian language, music and literature, history and culture;
- to teach Russian language, literature, history, geography, customs, traditions, cultural heritage and more;
- to set up and run along government specified rules a Russian language, musical and aesthetic school for the children and others wishing to attend and participate in educational activities;
establishing close cultural, educational and other exchanges with other ethnic and Russian communities and organisations;
to promote any activities for the development and benefit of the Association;
- to promote communication and co-operation with teachers and institutions involved in language teaching.

The association was founded in June 2009 and received a charitable status in the Australian Taxation Office.
