Now that this clip is getting some attention on YouTube, figured I’d get some things out of the way:

1: For the skeptics among you, he did actually land that drift and continue in lead until a few good corners from me. The recording stopped there because that’s when I hit the record last 30 seconds button on my series x controller.

2: It’s been like 2 years so I don’t remember 100% but I’m pretty sure this was like his first time playing forza on a sim rig? Which makes it understandable why he drove off but a thousand times more impressive that he actually landed the drift. He didn’t really freak out at the time, both of our reactions were kinda muted due to the fact he was absolutely fighting for his life up there to keep the car in control with the near default forza wheel settings lmao. He was also in first person to add to the fact he probably had little idea what was happening.
