Great short again and cleverly tied with the Baltic Empire video. Always interesting to get wider contexts for themes and new anecdotes. (This often lacks in many other works of pirate history). What I think is interesting about Indiamen is that they featured in some of the bloodiest pirate battles of the Golden age of sea roving (while of course not forgeting many other actions, like the very intense buccaneer sea battles of Sharp and de Graaf featuring other vessels). These Indiaman battles include at least actions like the battle between the Pirate Indiaman/frigate "Mocha" and EIC Indiaman "Dorril" in 1697 (in which action the pirates retreated, but caused a lot of damage) and Edward England’s capture of the Indiaman "Cassandra" in 1720, which was made a pirate ship. Anyways, just something I have come across and find interesting. Cheers!🏴‍☠️
