“Don’t Cry Because It’s Over, Smile Because It Happened” 🌄 Switching your Perspective over Loss
Показать описание
Today we will be exploring the freedom we gain by switching our perspective over loss and change. If you have lost someone then you have truly understood and felt pain.
➡️ How do I carry on with this loss? Will the sadness ever go away? Two very emotional and powerful questions we are all faced with when we lose something or someone.
The only constant in life is change, and we must come to terms with the natural changing tides of the world we live in.
People leave, things change, and life carries on regardless. It is not about the loss, but rather that we got to experience it for even just a moment.
Learning to accept change and loss is a very difficult thing to do, but once we can be happy for the happening of these people or things, letting go is easier.
➡️ If you have lost someone and still hold pain in your heart from the experience, then it is time to be grateful for the happening instead of being hurt over its ending.
People are free to come and go as they please and with an open heart and a free soul, there is never any need to worry over loss and change.
