The comparison between this calculator and phone is simply unfair. The calculator used here was designed to perform simple math calculation (one-at-a time commands) while phone used as scientific calculator.

This video is misleading because the calculator performs calculations step-by-step, rather than inputting the entire operation at once. Using the calculator, You calculated (5+5) first, which the calculator correctly solved as 10, and then divided 10 by 5, resulting in 2. In contrast, the phone processed the entire operation at once.

The phone calculates it as 5 + 5 / 5
The calculator calculates it as (5+5) / 5

The phone would be correct in this case.

A scientific calculator will follow BODMAS (can everyone stop telling me a slightly different letter combination is better. Different combinations are used by different people. Stop insisting yours is the best or the entirety of your country uses one system and insisting I put that one down. They are all the SAME bloody thing!!! It really is not that important!!) too (unlike the pocket calculator but like the phone) as it doesn’t do each thing every time u press a new operator but rather waits until you press equals when you are done and does the whole thing properly
