Docs: HPD officer admits to hiring prostitute who stole car

Virginia Beach court documents detail a meet up for sex that was arranged by a Hampton police officer and ended with his car being stolen by the prostitute he hired. Hampton Police said the officer has since been terminated from the department, but could not comment on why.

The hiring standards are so unbelievably low. His academy must have misrepresented the prostitution laws. He clearly misunderstood the ethics class as well.
