The FAEMA (Fabbrica Apparecchiature Elettro Meccaniche e Affini) was born in Milan in 1945 thanks to Carlo Ernesto Valente.

A quick tip, for faster refills and just a cleaner more efficient method of refilling small home pressurized levers, put your brew water in you steaming pitcher like you did, then turn the machine off and steam the water until it depressurizes. Then your brew water is hotter and you're ready for your next shot quicker when you refill the now much hotter water.
