‘Waking Up after Death’ is an archetype event. For some species of the universe, death is not the end. These are usually immortal beings, who take up temporary roles in form of mortal lives. They are born as clean slate, not knowing their true identity. They live that full life. Then after death they wake up in their true identity, as if coming out of a long slumber. The mortal life they experience stays with them just like a vivid dream.
