As a tank main I think another healer is necessary. Moira and Kiriko is all people pick because of the brawl dynamics of OW2 (healers need to stay with their team and to do that they need a fade/ kiriko wall hack type ability otherwise they’ll die fast from a sojourn widow etc) healers are most in demand yet I feel like they have the least freedom. Otherwise heals need better defensive cooldowns.
