A lot of us live in vans as you know, so any reviews of tents would be added helpful if you showed how much bulk it is in its stored / rolled up form.
The best tents are only as good as the ability to find storage room for them

I lived in a Kodiak 10x10 for 2 years and to make it cooler I put a 6 x 6 70% aluminet panel on the roof and it lowered the temperature in the tent hugely. They do get hot inside.

Live in my Springbar Vagabond for 5 months at a time while volunteering in the national parks. Love it! Much easier than a van since I set up the tent and am able to explore in my Prius. Your video with Tina sold me on it ❤

I grew up using Springbar tents and I still own and use one to this day. This type of tent is a lot more pleasant to use in hot temperatures than your average polyester or nylon tent.

I have the exact tent. Setup tip, get a impact driver and lag screws and staking down the tent is a breeze. With practice, setup time should be 15 mintues or less.

Hi Bob and CRVL team, Its Bobbi with HOWA. Can't agree with you more about the quality of Springbar. We set them up/down repeatedly for our past HOWA Build events. A couple of additional tips, when setting up, clear the ground of pokey/rocky objects and place a tarp down to further protect the tent floor. If you're in high wind environments, we found investing in additional 12-16" rebar stakes had a deeper connection to the earth. The part you zoomed in on with the roof line, That metal T works better when centered in that cut out space. So appreciate you and your team Bob. Keep up the great work!

I'm a tenter. Love the "roll down" windows.

I have the Classic Jack 140 (10x14). Incredible difference the extra 4 ft makes! I use moving blankets on the floor (2) and it makes it nice when you walk around barefoot! I did a lot of research before I bought and I am glad I did. The quality is certainly in the Spring bar. They support HOWA and I support them. Thanks to Spring bar for their HOWA donation! I called them up at customer service and they were the nicest folks! I can't wait to stop by their facility in Salt Lake City some day!

After watching your previous video about springbar tents, I found a used one 7x9 for $250 it looks brand new! I appreciate your reviews. It went up so easy compared to my other Montana Canvas wall tents which I had to sell because I’m no longer able to set them up solo and the relite fabric ones which are lighter weight, ripped out. I’m 67 female.

I love that little pass through! What a perfect setup for someone who needs to work on their computer. Run the cord out to the solar panels and have your solar power station inside with you. Sit at that little table and work. Take plenty of breaks to look out those huge "picture" windows. Superb! Thanks for sharing, Bob!

Thank you. My last tent lasted 4 days in Quartzite, so have been considering better options. Much appreciated! - Nola

Would it be a good idea to put something under the table and chair legs to reduce the chance of tearing the floor?

Our old boy scout explorer tent went up in 2 minutes. Stake 4 corners, raise it with T bar post and stake the guy in front. Used it for 50 years.
