The wallet that you set up when you first run Bisq is not a multi-sig wallet. I think what you´re talking about is the 2-of-2 multisig escrow where the bitoin is stored for a trade. So if you set up Bisq and send bitcoin to its wallet, it´s in a singile-sig wallet. If you enter a trade, some bitcoin gets placed into a 2-of-2 multisig escrow.

Hi Jonathan, thank you, I have trying to find a solution to that, no to commit fraud, but countries with Sanction cannot access these kyc platforms with been ripped off by coinbase
