Wow, this is a different way of taking out or putting in a sim card and SD card from any other mobile phone I ever had. I just bought this phone yesterday from T-Mobile. Glad I Googled how to do it instead of taking off the entire back of the phone, which would've more than like tore it up since I got the feeling it was off limits, not to mention the non removable battery.

Pin needs to be just the right size, and strong enough, don't try and use a toothpick or it will break off and you will be stuck with no way to open door, take your time and find or buy something that worx, don't use sharp pin or needle
