👀no chef on earth can beat the traditional ancient back street shops grandfather and uncles, in pakistan and india. 😂 it’s an experience and the atmosphere, it makes it muuuuch better. All these western nans don’t even come close 🤪. And they cheaper

Here we actually have pretty much the exact same thing, we call it tamees the only difference I can think of is that it's usually thicker and its not brushed with butter, its commonly topped by sugar cheese or zaatar but plain is most common and we eat it with lentins or beans

My Grandma makes this all the time in the summer now because we just got an oven for it in 2020 and they are delicious and really fun to make!!!
