Those who implemented the agile mindset across the organisation rather than meaninglessly abuse this buzzword every other email. The ones who collect analytics confidently drive profit delivering the exact features their customers need instead of just wasting resources running feature factories, micromanaging and burning out their best developers... Isn't it a perfect business survival guide in their times of covid? I wish my bosses would do the same...
