Your script, if you already know scripting. aka: javascript. If not, just GIGO that lacks the elements of what a tutorial "should" be.

Hey, there's a little error in this video. He hits play the first time, and the permissions comes up. Then, he says, you have to hit play a second time.

That isn't true. It DID run it the first time after the permissions were set. I saw TWO e-mails and "Hello world" documents on his drive, and the same thing happened to me. That's why: we ran the program TWICE.
