nope I don't agree, I got a better performance at time 1:12, I chose system manage size, then pressed SET, and apply and restarted pc, I got the same improvement, even on 3 laptops, 1 had window XP, + desktop with win 10,

Some youtuber made a video that minimum size should be 1.5X of the installed ram and maximum should be 3X and you selected recommended memory numbers on minimum and 1.5X of installed RAM on maximum. I'm totally confused.
