Chad Pennington didn't have an arm, but he definitely had arm talent. Jalen Milroe played exceptionally average for a kid with the measurables, talented cast of pass catchers and a tremendous offensive minded coach. It would be a blessing for him to go in round three with tempered expectations so he can sit, watch and develop.
