Bought some a little over a year and I like them on the streets and in parks, also got the baby Heron deck, never regretted it. Anderson's the man!

Andy has been so awesome for the skating community. Trying to innovate, push the scene, and promote safety at the same time. This guy rocks.

Got a set and they’ve impressed me! 97a still hard but slides when I tell it to on Uk crusty parks. 👌 so far so good

Back in the 70s I'd cut my wide green pool kryps down to the narrowest without exposing the nut, for freestyle. Ended up exactly the same width as the deck too. They were square on the inside edge and filed to a curve on the outside too, they look very similar, still got 8 of them.

My first set of wheels back in the mid 80’s were Alva street bombs and they had this classic shape.

This is how wheels were in the 80’s and early 90’s

Its a bullpub skate wheel, dope! Ive been outta skating for so long, and just got back into it because of my kid. He loves skating and wants me to teach him. I showed him my old skate videos and he has been hookrd since. He is 4 years old.

Every other pro seems to be skating just fine with “standard” wheels lol love Andy’s enthusiasm though. Once in a lifetime talent

I mean the clear downside is you’re spending twice as much to replace the wheels. As a high school you do not want that. You get a symmetrical wheel, swap it after 6 months, and you have a new wheel. As an adult with money to spend, it’s a nice upgrade.

Its super obvious makes total sense... which is why it didnt work out the others cost you more money in the long run and big business thats gold to them

Looks like he’s taking notes from the longboard scene. Side set, center set and offset are common in longboard world

It’s also a lot safer for using your hands because sometimes those axels can be sharp enough to cut you

Did anyone else watch the videos with the Freestyle Pros straight up hating on the 97a Nano Cubics?? I have the 93a and I love em, but I only skate street/park

Watched all of this and I once got a on a board . I rode down the sidewalk and got stuck in a crack which sent me flying. Busy road n people out. So i picked up the board, looked at it and shook my head like something broke knowing damn well it wasn't the board fault. Walked home and tried roller skating instead
