If we're talking about trying to kill Saitama, physical attacks don't seem to work. So our approach should be different then trying to one up his physical strength. We could try to develop a virus or poisonous gas that could potentially kill him. We've seen Saitama get sick before so that suggests that he has a normal immune system, however he's also managed to breathe in outer space. Basically his organ system and such isn't consistent so their might be opportunities to take advantage of that.

Actually multiple times uring the mosquitoe scene saitama nearly teleports to catch it meaning this mosquitoe must also be that fast also the shockwave from saitama's attacks don't even bother it without even taking into account the fact that this mosquitoe wasn't affected by mosquitoe's lady control we can assume this is in no way a normal mosquitoe an should be feared.
