Dural Venous Sinuses (Location + Visual Scheme) - Anatomy

Small mistake in the table: The inferior sagittal sinus drains into the straight sinus, not directly into the confluence of sinuses as I wrote in the table. While it eventually drains into the confluence, I skipped a step in the table. I apologize for this mistake!
