I had to chuckle during the demonstration when it showed the one problem almost every bench vise I've ever seen has and it's something not the fault of the vise. Bench flex. The best vises in the world will move if the bench they're bolted to moves.
Love the design you came up with - especially the way you can flip the jaws. Far easier to access the other side of a piece you're working on if it's large and heavy if you just rotate the vise like yours can.

I only have one question
how can a guy be so persise finding the center of a round pipe thats very tricky and will take talent to find my question is how did you do it with out special tools I made devices for that very purpose but you winged it how did you do it do tell

Good looking build. Only one suggestion. Should use grade 8 nuts and all thread. The hardware store or grade 5 stuff is to soft and will Not last long.
