No, GG is when mid + jungle comes, and top TP's and ur adc gets a penta :D it happened to me twice on a Braum + Draven lane

In my opinion it was always doublelift but lately ive found he only does well if his team is in the lead. Rather wildturtle has always had beast kda's and some games has carried. 
Doublelift mechanics better
however i still think wildturtle for best adc na
