I've prepared. But when you do it live - something falls apart simply because I tried one thing when testing (and it worked), and did another thing when recording (because I am not following a script, improvising instead).

Generally, I think it is a feature that blunders are included in the video. After all, everybody makes errors, everything grows through an iterative trial and error process.

Videos without mistakes feel somewhat artificial. Reality is riddled with mistakes.
