In case anyone is curious, huohuo's level 1 skill scales higher than a level 10 bailu ult

As someone who HAS a Bailu along with Huo Huo, Bailu is FINE. She heals more immediately rather than over time like lynx or Natasha, but she will often not heal the character in need of healing the most because of how her skill works. She’s fine, I’m sure if built correctly she’s great, and if you don’t have any other five star healers then yes, try to pull for her, but also don’t be surprised with once you get another healer you stop using her entirely (that’s what happened with me when I pulled Huo Huo.

Bailu has been carrying me as my only sustainer since I've started playing the game and i may be biased but she isn't as bad as people make her out to be.

Bailu is definitely not the worst character on the standard banner. Weird take, she's way better than the f2p options and could carry you until you get a better healer easily. Yanqing is the worst here because he relys on not getting hit in a turn based game. He's the only character where you NEED something extremely specific to make him even remotely viable. Better hope you get a good shielder if you pull him in your newbie summon.

Bailu’s been saving my team with her heals for over 6 months now so I might have a bias but Yanqing is literally right there to call the worst

Baliu is better than Natasha and Lynx at least, she can revive a character once per battle, even though she has an rng splash heal

The thing about bailu, people reduce her to heal and revive, but she also gives damage reduction, increased hp, those are very good to have for squishy dps like Dan heng IL, yes she isn't the best but she is not the worst sustain in the game

As someone who has 3469 combats with bailu i can say SHE IS CRACKED, her kit is just amazing imo, i dont even built her that good, but heres what i like from her:
her skill is “fine”, doesnt have cleanse, but has rng heal, and as a gambler (qingue main), its so damn satisfying to see a character with so low hp get all the heals it needs
her ult IS DAMN CRACKED, the fact that she heals AND gives a effect that heals when attacked, in my experience is kind of a shield, heals almost all the damage done to ma characters, AND IT DOES IT 3 TIMES???, the fact that it also reduces the dmg 10% and gives a 10% max hp is SO good, i just throw that shi and bailu becomes a sp generator
the talent is good too, vigoration is the main thing i use bailu for, the hp recover is SO DAMN GREAT, and the revive allows you to not heal at all if you wanna go beserk, 1 character down from a giant ahh ball from a flying coackroach?, nah she’d revive
in all the fights i had, bailu carried me hard, not kafka, not black swan, not sparkle, not qingue, bailu is alone the honored one, yeah, the other 5* sustains options are totally better but, id rather use bailu than mommy natasha or lynx (i hate lynx, since i either use mono quantum w sparkle or dot team, i dont build speed, the fact that ur character gotta get the turn to get the heal, its a damn race, either u die from the enemy attacking or get the heal right, skill can only heal 1 ally and what is the cleanse worth if i need healings to survive, not a damn cleanse, cleanse the death at least)
PD: i didnt mention gallagher cuz i dont have him cuh

Bailu is goated, she is good on her own. Are ya'll people stupid or something bringing a healer that doesn't cleanse on a cc enemy wave?? Her talent acts as a pseudo shield and gives a bit of more max hp, you can build her hyperspeed so she generates a lot of skillpoint while spamming her ult
