The Arden Review

I am going to talk about an upcoming new launch condominium in Choa Chu Kang. This condo is called Arden and is developed by QingJian Reality. There are a total of 105 units spread across 3 blocks of 5 storey high. It is located at the fringe of Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang town.

This is a small project. Are they worth buying? What is the potential upside? How well are the surrounding condo performing so far?

I will also share some memories of my late principal in BPGHS towards the end.

love your honest reviews. the location is lousy with no nearby amenities. this project seems to be for a very small group of niche buyers.

Not too excited when it is a small development. There are much better choices out in the market that one can consider.

Any suggestion EC better to sell at 5 or 10 yr mark? Bought a EC in 2017, TOP in Dec 24.
