Working in medical with paper charts & Then switching to the electronic charts I can tell you EVERYONE should get a print out of their MEDICAL VISIT & Keep an updated list of medications with them. Especially if you're a chronic pain patient.. Going through cancer or any serious long term treatment. It's now more than ever an almost life saving situation to keep copies of any visit to any medical facility. When those computers are locked up It's impossible for a Doctor to get information on you and there is absolutely NOTHING anyone can do about it until the system is back online. Electronic charts was a stupid decision to completely trust in for a patients medical care🤬
