CO2 neutral process heat with electric steam boiler from Bosch

Between the mountains and the sea – an unusual place for a boiler house. The core is a steam boiler from Bosch, operated with green electricity. The so-called ELSB (electric steam boiler) generates up to four tons of steam per hour for the production of recyclable packaging in an Icelandic fish factory – without flue gases. At the same time, the ELSB ensures economical and reliable processes. Projects like these show that electricity-based steam and heat solutions are an important building block for climate-neutral production.
