TEMPIC Worldtimer from 1979 as it was exclusively offered by the NECKERMANN mailorder service in Germany. In this video I will show you why this watch was so remarkable given its price and lack of large brand name. It offers a slide rule in conjunction with two internal rotatable bezels for timing and worldtimer functions. A 100% German tool watch even down to the movement. Inside ticks the PUW1663 by the Pforzheimer Uhrenrohwerke GmbH, which was famous for producing their own robust movements that were up to par with Swiss quality at the time.
