To all the people who's thinks this Shouldn't be possible because Sam isn't a super soilder, notice. Sam has to catch it with Two hands when it returns to stop the force unlike Steve and walker do with one. It's not impossible for a normal person to do it, it's just harder

I think THIS and Tony's "build the suit" montage, are my favorite origin scenes, in the MCU.

Falcon definitely has the greatest glow up and improvement in the MCU, he’s faster and more agile than Ironman, as bullet proof as T’Challa’s suit, carries Steve’s indestructible shield and even has his Drone Companion.

1:35 "Does this mean you're...?"
1:38 "Yep. I'm gonna do what Steve wanted me to."

Old fashioned training and practice mixed with determination takes over the serum, any day!

Sam definitely earned it after talking with Isiah and Bucky, he’s Captain America in that moment.

💙💙💙❤️❤️❤️.

I love how this shows he doesn't need the serum. I'm sure the serum helps but in Steve's case he had a lot of practice. Walker was just kinda handed the shield and wasn't that good at using it even after he took the serum. Sam just practicing shows all he needs is to use it his way.

Sam's character development is great.

At the beginning, he gave up the shield not just because he expected backlash as a black man wearing the symbol but he believed that he didn't deserve it. Also Sam didn't ask for the mantle to be handed to him.

However later on, realising that Walker screwed up and after knowing about Isiaiah's history, Sam found a reason to keep fighting and take up the mantle.

That thing does not obey the law of physics at all.

sam is worthy of the shield (maybe even mjolnr) is because he is the first un-super soldier who can actually stop the force of a vibranium shield that can (if thrown with enough force) kill a man but sam was scared of that at first but over came his fear and i think soon in any upcoming movie that he might be able to catch the shield with one hand and maybe even pick up mjolnr for we dont know if he is worthy cause he was not in the scene in age of ultron to pick up the hammer.

If I had the skill to throw Cap's shield, I would just be throwing for fun.

1:32-1:41 needs to be on a Louisiana Hero track. Believe it or not, it isn’t, which is annoying.

This is how you develop awesome characters. You want find that with a Batman movie from Nolan.

I loved this sequence. Sam earned the shield. He had to earn it. It wasn't given to him with a serum or handed to him to just take over. He had earn the title, it's about so much more then the shield and bucky knew that. Sam knew that. It's a beautiful scene that as cliche as it is gave Sam the push to really embrace what captain america means to him. It's hard work and dedication. The shield doesn't define you. You define the shield.
