It does the job and it's I think $11.99? Also my dermatologist recommends that CeraVe lotion. I almost never have time for breakfast, I just hit the door with an apple or Pear etc BE WELL

You are about to brush the enamel right off your teeth if you continue this way. If those time stamps are correct you're brushing your teeth for five minutes when you first get up and then brushing them again a second time less than an hour later? You're going to damage the enamel.
