Capping On Foam!

Показать описание
Capping on foam refers to canning beer that has already been carbonated. When you do this, there will be space between the beer and the top of the bottle, filled (temporarily) with foam. The reason for capping on foam is to displace air to keep some of the oxygen out of the can.

Explain why everyone wants canners? Bottles can be reused over and over, apparently make less of a mess, require less equipement to cap, seems to take up same amount of space....I don't get it.

Man i like the idea of canning my home brew but im so broke. Do y’all have any ideas of a budget friendly canner ? Also love these shorts y’all do.
Recently did a hop water inspired by y’all’s videos. Thanks for all the ideas!

Man, I'd hate to see your TPO levels with an Anton Paar DO meter.
Even with your lid on foam technique, I'm guessing you are picking up a shit load.
