Had a mild stroke in August. Working on techniques to calm me l, when I become anxious, depressed or have a sensory meltdown! In other words PTSD meltdowns. Thank you for assisting me with how to function better with these meltdowns.

I started spin and fitness boot camp classes back in early December and I’m loving it!!! Jill, I am a morning person let me tell you!!! But I get tush there for 630! So do whatever works best for you and you’ll be so happy!

I know some people who do a few "weird things" but it is not a problem. The world would be boring if everyone was exactly the same sort of person.

It's ok to have those days. I certainly get those too. Take care of yourself. I hope Conner is on the mend! And, yes please show the more dorky or weird side of yourself. I'm the same way and my boyfriend loves that side of me. I always catch him watching me, just smiling or laughing away. LOL

I worry about you with long COVID19 related conditions like dysautonomia (POTS specifically) . Brain fog is one of my long term complications from post EBV that's being seen in long covid. Especially in those who are hypermobile like you. Hoping it gets easier in time. <3

I had covid for the first 17 days of this month. The brain fog is kicking my butt. I cannot focus on anything. It’s awful!
