Heavenly Father, I watched my mother wither away from that awful disease, I am asking you in Jesus name right now to please completely heal my wife’s mother of it. I thank you for the 33 years I had with her, but I plead to you god, INTERVENE! We welcome you into this situation and lay it at your scarred feet . Amen

Grief is a difficult thing, it is hard when you lose someone close to you, it WAS hard when my dad died and I still grieve sorrowfully, but not without HOPE. Everyday I collide with my Healer Jesus, and everyday He is with me in this and over the last two years, I have been able to flip-flop the pain of loss to a joy of gratitude to God for giving me a dad that I can grieve over, a relationship that is such a great loss to me, a lot of people in this generation can't say that and I am grateful for the years I had, for the memories, for the Godly parenting. Godly Gratitude Heals Grief! Flip your grief from finite sorrow to Infinite gratitude, it is a good thing and JOY does come in the morning!

Never a better song to work to when I'm alone. Over and over and over late, late at night and all throughout the Truly, the grace to carry us through presents His glory in perfect planning; to breathe, it really is sometimes all I can we can do--how marvelous and deep the love that Jesus must have for anyone to give everything up to prove His love for him. And, I am alive, even though part of me has died, I become alive again and can still walk on. Jesus: so good!

Seeing the tree reminds me of a poem I wrote. Hope you like it.
I watch my children, climb a tree.
As they look down very happily at me.
I tell them, "Be careful and watch your step!"
But they keep going, ever higher they get.
So I tell them, "Come down." and they do with a sigh.
Although I know they'll go higher as the years go by.
Now as they go higher and they try a new limb,
I hope they remember what I tried to teach them.
