Does it actually heat in the neck section? :) am looking for a heating pad that actually heats up in the neck section. To assist me with recovery of whiplash from MVA. ( I got a sunbeam one which I'm going to take back, it doesn't even hear over the shoulders or up the neck section talk about false advertising.)
