Cookie Dough Stuffed Ritz Crackers (NO EGG!)

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups flour
½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Ritz crackers
Semi sweet and milk chocolate chips melted
Sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Mix all but crackers and melted chocolate to make dough. Place a flat round piece of the dough and sandwich between 2 Ritz crackers. Dip in melted chocolate and coat. Sprinkle with sprinkles and refrigerate.
