Vancouver is even more beautiful between :
-march 23 and April 14. This is our cherry blossoms season with CB festivals and thousands of cherry blossoms in downtown.
-July 25-Aug 3 where thousands of us go to the beach and watch fireworks from different countries
-oct where the maple leaves turns bright red and orange.

I've never been to Vancouver or even Canada for that matter but Vancouver is definitely on my list. That steam clock in Gastown was super cool! I've never been whale watching either. I get so excited whenever I see 🐬dolphins so I'm sure I would be ecstatic to see a 🐋whale! 🐪🧭🌎

Most of the provincial parks close to Vancouver require reservations they are free to book online at the BC Parks website but they fill up fast and spots are limited
