Wow turkey is really impressive until 2010 they were at 90 but now they are at 55 ! Amazing development with in just a decade.

turkeys development is by far the most impressive.
From 2009 to 2019 they went from place 95 to 55,
While they took in 6 million refugees had a 10 year lasting civil war on their border.
Terrorists looming around first ISIS than PKK (financed by the west) on their borders.
Having had a coup attempt a serious economic crisis after receiving sanctions by the usa.
Having a maniac like Erdogan on head of government, who tries to implement rules like "to have low inflation, you need low interests", because of which the country now has an inflation of 73% and the Lira lost all its value. Still the resilience of turkish people and their wish for development is admirable !

It looks like a Separate Convention Needs to be Launched as of each Countries HDI for example Higher -Medium-Lower.
