Plum Cake is an ancient recipe very tasty and very popular in Italy.

Ingredients for a 30 cm long mold:

250 gr white yogurt at room temperature
200 gr of white flour
180 gr of sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
50 gr corn flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk at room temperature
16 gr of yeast

First put the eggs and the white sugar in the bowl of the mixer, then mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
Immediately after add the yogurt at room temperature and the milk, mix everything at low speed until all the ingredients are well mixed.
At this point add the sunflower oil flush as you mix, mix everything well and turn off the mixer.
Sift the white flour with the corn flour and baking powder, and mix well at medium speed for at least 5 minutes, waiting for the dough to be soft and swollen.
The time for blueberries has come, so after washing them thoroughly under running water, dry them and put them in a bowl, add 2 - 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well until you have all the blueberries in flour, this will be used to prevent them from sinking into the dough during cooking.
Then pour the blueberries soiled with flour into the dough and mix roughly.
Pour everything into the long buttered and floured cake pan, then put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.

You can keep the Blueberry Plum Cake for 5 - 6 days, well covered with plastic wrap.
