With the scuff you have to turn off Bluetooth to use a true usb connection. To prove this unplug the scuff it will still work its actually tells you that in the print

I play with
fidelity fx cas arround 80
Texture resolution on normal
Anisotropic filtering maxed out
And tesselation maxed out
Everything else on low or off
I get above 144hz sometimes it dips to 130 but rarely
On a 3070 at 1080p
My monitor is 144hz so i dont need more fps but i lost maybe like 15 frames by turning on these settings and my game looks a lot better.
