First u got to disb in the SNOWCAP ISLAND then once ur at the SNOECAP ISLAND u can catch the bone at the SNOECAP ISLAND just make sure ur at SNOECAP ISLAND u will know when ur at SNOWCAP ISLAND when u get a message that says SNOWCAP ISLAND and then once ur at SNOWCAP ISLAND
