I imagine you have seen in the news when up in E-Town, how on US 11 in Canton, the underpass for CSX Rail by Bordeau Bros grain mill, which is a 13'5" Clearance, was completely filled to the bottom of the rail bridge when the rain hit, eh? You guys would go through headed to CanAm, unless you take 73, to SL then 3 across NNY.
