This is a iffy conversation because there are 2 different types of DAs. You have staff then IA. IA gets paid way more than staff (nothing against that - it's just not for me). I've never been anti PA or attorney. I want the claim closed fairly just like them. So maybe he's referring to the staff adjusters.
