*Narrating like Ringo Starr* Thomas thought he was being really useful in rescuing the princess, but he failed to realize that while the bridge leading to her was strong enough to hold people and big turtle beasts, it wasn't strong enough for engines like him!

"Cinders and ashes!" Cried Thomas as he found himself falling head first into the strange orange water below... Poor Thomas felt disgraced, he had failed to save the princess.

Then Gordon had to come along and pull him out.

"Live and learn, little Thomas." He chuckled bringing Thomas back to safety.

And both had a nice run back to the sheds, with Thomas being a much wiser engine.
