Never heard of it....bad idea. People are not something you "shed". We don't need " fill-in" relationships. If single, you don't need to be with someone all the time. Explore your own interests, spend time with friends, try new things, travel (even overnight trips are fun), read relax and breath. Take time to find your own joy. Time alone makes you reflect on the how you can be better. You are responsible for your own happiness. Relationships are the salt that enchance our lives.
