Tips:
-you can throw a lot of items through the grate on the basement passage. Especially small items like keys, remote control, etc. that way, you can lure granny to the basement, and get her away from your side.
-15:49 this creak can be avoided all together if you run against the wall with the window on it, go under the bed, then exit the bed.
-when you start the night, throw the vase in the corner of the room near the bed, then hide either behind the door, under the table, or in the wardrobe. As you saw though, she for some reason runs into the starting room sometimes for no reason, and immediately knows where you are. So I recommend hiding under the table as that’s the one place she can’t get you. While she’s investigating the vase in the corner of the room, you can run behind her, and through the door.
-close every door behind you, because granny stops for a second to open doors, so it gives you time to distance yourself from her.
-take advantage of the sauna whenever you’re in the basement area, cause it’s the easiest, and quickest way to stun granny, and it takes a long time for her to get stunned, so it really gives you like 30 seconds. Which is plenty of time to explore other areas like the kitchen.
-8:25 this creak can also be avoided if you go behind the second bar the stair railing, and walk alongside the edge. Or if you do creak that floor, you should have enough time to run and hide under the table like you did at 19:10. Then granny will run down the stairs to investigate the noise which will allow you to run behind her.

Yo CaseOh listen, the strategy is to escape on the gate from the spider cave and also you need the run whit the book in the room you spawn, anyways first drop the vase at the left down corner when u spawn then hide behind the door (DO NOT HIDE IN THE CLOSET) oh and also grab the vase back when u drop it, then go at the sauna (Basement down at the car) then close her in the sauna when u close her in the sauna and activate the sauna go grab the remote (i forgot where it is but il update some days later i think) then go back at sauna and do the same thing again, then grab spray and put it in your room (if you wonder why is because u can use it to escape the room and make her blind but be carefull there is also a glitch where granny cant hear if u spray her but dont worry is likely not going to happen) then go do the sauna thing AGAIN then put the book then do the sauna thing again then throw the stick for the gate near the door to the spider cave then do the sauna again then get the bird seed from the house in the backyard and DONT GO ON THE STAIRS TO THE BIRD (Oh and also you need to take the way from the basement, dont go to the window from the kitchen or granny will instantly come and kill you) and then drop the bird seed in sewer thingy (Not the one to spider cave, the one from the backyard) then lure granny in the backyard and go in the hole in the house in the backyard then do the sauna thing A G A I N then grab the weapon key (im sorry but i also forgot where the weapon key is located) then get the crossbow go feed the bird and get the cogwheel from the bird then shoot granny whit the crossbow to get out off the room then shoot the screwdriver to get it then do the sauna thing again then drop the screwdriver at the hole which is locked but be carefull for the screwdriver to roll away

Knocking Granny with the shotgun only lasting for, iirc, 15 - 30 seconds is brutal asf.

List of useful extreme mode strats:

1. Begin the game by running straight into the room to the left of the starting room and then trigger the floorboard and run into the next room over.

2. Use an item to get granny to break the boards on the third floor.

3. In the area with the bars creak the floorboard in the bird room and then hide behind the staircase next to the thing on the shelf, this allows you to get out of the area for free.

4. Get all the items out of the area in strat 3 by leaving the crossbow in the teddy room and the free trap in the room you drop into via grate. Alternate between those two methods of incapacitating her.

5. When using strat 4, you have time to throw an item to the first floor and running back after you tranq granny.

6. You can loot the first floor by ringing the guillotine bell and then jumping through the window as she opens the door. She takes ages to reopen that door, buying you time.

7. Close doors as you go through them to slow granny down.

1.The Sauna is your best friend: it's cheap to use and keeps you safe from Granny for 30 seconds (15 after locking her in + 15 after knocking her out). ...
2.Always leave the Starting Bedroom instantly to get a head start.
3.After you knock Granny out, limit to doing only one action: she will be back in a short time.

1.Close all Doors behind you (unless told not to), as Granny takes around 1.5 seconds to open one.
2.When Granny is far away from you, try not to alert her, so you would have more free time: ...
3.Keep weapons in safe and easily accessible locations, like in a tunnel, so you can knock Granny out easier.
