That school had the right to do so, especially if they had her sign a contract about her lifestyle. Just like them silicon valley companies have a right to hire and fire whoever they want. Simple.

Teachers at Catholic or any other religious-affiliated schools are utterly foolish if they think they can have same-sex weddings and return to those schools with impunity. DO. NOT. PRACTICE. HOMOSEXUALITY.

I personally myself had a few issues with religion but I will still stand and defend religions right for people to follow their rules especially when it's in your contract should have never signed it. But gay people want acceptance they have to give acceptance to other groups to you or you're just a hypocrite.
