Good video. I rented a film on Amazon Prime and watched part of it. Amazon gives you two days to watch the film once you start. Fine. The next day I couldn't find it or resume. It was so frustrating that I called Amazon and demanded a refund. This should not be this complicated.

The remote you are using... is that your TV remote, or your DISH/Spectrum/DVR/DVD. I have a smart TV and DISH Network. The 4 remotes I have look nothing like the one you are using.
