Cool, a really nice podcast, treat to my ears and eyes ! One effective way to release Christmas tense is to put down on a piece of paper ( Note app of iPhone, a good place as well ) all of ideas or tasks, sort of bits and bobs. It works! But you need to sit down and make them into a project plan...
