Just gave this recipe a go. The only thing different was I I put 150 grams of olives (love my olives) What cracker of a recipe!! I’ve made some olive bread in the past, but this has to be the BEST recipe I’ve tried!!! Well done and thank you Aki mou!!

One suggestion: Use more Greek Olive Oil on the bench instead of flour when kneading and forming the dough. That way, you prevent sticking without making the bread more heavy, and you increase the sexiness of the resulting bread, of course. If you haven't done a taste test of the different olive oils around the world, I will summarize for you: California EVOO: Too Peppery, Spanish EVOO: Too Buttery, Greek EVOO: The sexy, scrumptious fuel of Western Civilization and worth EVERY penny.
