Hi Sir, I m having skills set like Html, css, bootstrap, Photoshop, jQuery, 5% of javascript knowledge working in this industry from past 15 years and I m surviving till now but need to upgrade my skills to full stack development so that I can switch to another job as my salary is too low as per the industry standards. If I do javascript, react or node js, python, mongodb basically one programming language and one database can I expect 12-15 lakhs package, I m also worried as my age is above 40 so can I get a new job..will company consider as per My age. The coding ninjas councillors don’t guide you but rather force you to join the class to at least book the seat by paying 5k n all and attend demo sessions. Let me tell you that their refund process is too slow.
